In October 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 317 samples tested with not positive Influenza viruses. There 255 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 62 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 317 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov-2 RT-PCR with 34 positive cases included 27 cases were SARI and 7 cases were ILI identified in October 2021.
In September 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 472 samples tested with not positive Influenza viruses. There 410 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 62 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 472 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 51 positive cases included 45 cases were SARI and 6 cases were ILI identified in September 2021.
In August 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 295 samples tested with not positive Influenza viruses. There 239 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 56 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 295 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 35 positive cases included 26 cases were SARI and 9 cases were ILI identified in August 2021.
In July 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 266 samples tested with not positive Influenza viruses. There 218 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 43 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 266 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 40 positive cases included 33 cases were SARI and 7 cases were ILI identified in July 2021.
In June 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 285 samples tested with not positive Influenza viruses. There 220 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 59 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 285 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 46 positive cases included 26 cases were SARI and 20 cases were ILI identified in June 2021.
In May 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 275 samples tested with not positive Influenza viruses. There 133 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 142 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 275 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 12 positive cases included 9 cases were SARI and 3 cases were ILI identified in May 2021.
In April 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 248 samples tested with not positive Influenza. There 163 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 85 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 248 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 5 positive cases included 3 cases were SARI and 2 cases were ILI identified in April 2021.
In March 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 227 samples tested with not positive Influenza. There 132 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). About 95 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 227 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with 3 SARI samples were positive cases identified in March 2021.
In February 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel were 289 samples tested for Influenza virus. Totally, 1 of 211 was positive Influenza A un-subtype from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). One samples detected positive Influenza A/H9N2 among 78 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And also, 289 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with no positive cases identified in January 2021.
In January 2021, National Influenza Surveillance collected from Surveillance sentinel included 209 samples from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARI) at 9 sites in 5 provinces (Figure 1). And 98 samples from Influenza Like Illness Surveillance at 19 sites in 16 provinces (Figure 1). And there was no Influenza detected. And also, 309 samples were also tested for SARS-Cov2 RT-PCR with no positive cases identified in January 2021.
