GMS-CDC2 implementation is at 58.02% compared with elapsed time at 30 September 2014 of nearly 3 years and haft (42 months of 57 months or 73.68%). This lag is due to late approval of AOP 2014.
The Weighting (a) of each sub-output is a constant value for the duration of the project. The Score is expressed as a percentage of the Weight (a), times the Rating (b) of progress in the sub output [Score x = (a) x (b)/100]. Each sub output score is totalled to give a total scored percentage.
Physical progress measures the weighted percentage achievement of results in outputs and sub-outputs. The measure is calculated quarterly and it is cumulative. The cumulative total is compared with the percentage (%) of elapsed time of the project time spend. Download
