Lab Renovation

Lot 1: Renovation of 8 Labs in 4 Provinces (Battambang, Pursat, Kampong Speu and Kampong Chhnang)
Lot 2: Renovation of 17 Labs in 5 Provinces (Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Tbong Khmum and Ratanakiri)
Lot 3: Renovation of 16 Labs in 4 Provinces (Takeo, Kandal, Kampot and Kep)
Lot 4: Renovation of 9 Labs in 3 Provinces (Banteay Meanchey, Siem Reap and Oddar Meanchey)

  1. The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a loan and grant from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the loan to payments under the Contract for Lab Renovation.
  2. The Ministry of Health, Project Management Unit, now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Lab Renovation. The Renovation Works completion period is Five (5) months from date of contract signing for each lot.
  3. The Bidders may bid for one lot or multiple lots. The Bid Evaluation and Contract Award will be on a Lot-Wise-Basis.
  4. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures outlined in the Government’s Standard Operating Procedure on Procurement for Externally Financed Projects/Programs.
  5. This invitation is open to all qualified bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
  6. Bidders attention is drawn to Sub-Clause 6.3 of the Instruction to Bidders (ITB) on the Qualification requirements. Qualifications requirements include: The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence that it meets the following experience and financial requirements:
    • Average Annual Construction Turnover
      The average annual volume of construction work of the successful bidder over the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 and 2022) shall be at least:

Lot 1: USD 317,000.00

Lot 2: USD 629,000.00

Lot 3: USD 721,000.00

Lot 4: USD 371,000.00
