From January to August 2017, there were E. coli detected in 7 SARI samples; Antibiotic Susceptibility testing resistance was done. Only Meropenem is sensitise to the pathogen (100%) then follow by Chloramphenicol, Amoxicilline+Clavulanic acid, Gentamycin, Amikacin, Ciprofloxacin and Trimethoprim+Sulfamethoxazol. The E. coli is 100% resistance to Ampiciline, Cefazolin, Amoxicillin and Ceftriaxone.
