The Kingdom of Cambodia
Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing
ADB Loan No. 4125-CAM (COL) and Grant No. 9223-CAM (EF)
Contract No.: GMS-HSP-AF-NCB-G-04

  1. The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Loan and Grant from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the Contract No. GMS-HSP-AF-NCB-G-04, Supply of 14 units of Ambulance.
  2. The Kingdom of Cambodia, Ministry of Health (MoH) representing the Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Supply of 14 units of Ambulance.
  3. Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of Asian Development Bank (ADB).
  4. This invitation is open to all eligible bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
  5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Health, Greater Mekong Subregion Health Security Project Additional Financing (GMS-HSP-AF) and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 14th July 2022 to 10th August 2022 from 07:30 a.m. to 11:30 pm. and 2:00 pm. to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
